Kiddoboo Cottage

Pool area is beautiful The OCEAN REEF staff were the best we’ve ever had!!! We’ve gone to this area for over 20 years and never had service this good. They were kind, attentive and fast. We really appreciated them. Ocean Reef is professional in every way. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and labeled! Very well equipped-we brought kitchen items from home but didn’t wind up needing them. The location is great. The street runs straight to the beach; however, condos on both sides claim to own that stretch of beach. You can’t rent a beach chair there unless you stay at a condo. We walked down instead to Crystal Shores pavilion and found chairs we were allowed to rent. The “public” area is tiny at Shirah Street entrance and crazy crowded very early. The pavilion area had a few parking spaces for both golf carts and cars and was much better-same beautiful beach and only a five minute walk from the house or a quick golf cart ride.

We had major electric problems-no power outside to cook or swim at night. Finally fixed on day 4. Also, none of the tvs were smart tvs. Most could only get 2 or 3 channels. That was disappointing, especially for my 85-year-old dad. However, the OCEAN REEF staff were five star and very attentive to our every need-we just needed an electrician
