On Lake Time! Beautifully renovated house on Lake Wateree with multiple levels of decks, including a large dock.
Start your morning by sipping a cup of coffee, lounging comfortably on the upper deck, overlooking the serene lake. Waste no time leaping into adventure by walking right down to the private dock in your backyard. Jump into the lake to enjoy swimming, tubing, or kayaking with all the gear ready and provided for you. Or spend the day relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, fishing off the dock with poles provided. If you don’t bring your own boat, you can even rent a boat at the marina just a 7 minute drive away! Then enjoy lunch on one of the decks, all with stunning lake views.
Don’t forget inside where everything is new and updated. Cook a nice dinner in the spacious kitchen or head outside to the deck to make burgers on the Weber grill. You can even go out to eat at one of the two tasty lakeside restaurants within a 7 minute drive. Finally, end your evening with a glass of wine outside at the custom bar overlooking the lake under the dreamy string lights. Or relax inside, watching your favorite show on the 51 inch TV. House sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Dock 97 restaurant, River Deck Store & Grill (with live bait for fishing), Beaver’s Den restaurant/bar (with car or boat parking & indoor/outdoor live music), and Wateree Marina (with boat, jet ski, and paddleboard rentals) are all 7 minutes away. Wateree Recreation Area and Clearwater Cove Marina (many fishing tournaments) are 10 minutes away. Great Falls white water rafting, hiking, 5 public golf courses, historic Camden with museums and shopping, and Greener Pastures Brewery are all within 30 minutes.
