Enjoy everything Lake Wateree has to offer fishing, swimming, and boating, located off of exit 41 on I-77 within short driving distance of Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC. The property sits on 1 acre of water front nestled in its own cove for protection from the big water while enjoying your own swimming area. The lake front has a floating dock and boat launch for easy access to your boats or watercraft. The home is easily accessible to the yard and waterfront on a flat level property with lots of trees for shade and plenty of space for vehicles and trailers.
The home is an open concept floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with access to its own bathroom for those bathroom shy guests. The other bedroooms are perfect for a couple or single guest while the 3rd bedroom is perfect for lots of kids or multiple guests that share a common bathroom that has a tub shower. The house is equipped with heat/ac, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The screened in porch has a dining area. There are 2 covered carports for lounging and vehicles. The living room has a large rap around couch with a large television with Wi-Fi streaming.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well-appointed and spacious lakefront cottage. The master bedroom and bath were quite roomy and the spare bedrooms & bath were adequate. The great room (kitchen/dining/living room) was a perfect family gathering place. The dock was easily accessed for our daughter & son-in-law, who live nearby on Lake Wateree, to dock their pontoon boat. We look forward to our return visit in November.
