Very nice home. Beautiful view. Close to Camden. A little hard to find. Apple GPS wont get you all the way to the house. Bring what you need as far as shower products. A hand full of kuerigs, but not enough for 6 adults for 3 nights.

Arrived at dark, no lighting on the property or house— we had to use our car lights to unload our things. Porch and deck covered with leaves. Went to bed, awoke to cobwebs on windows and layers of dust on the blinds. Found the air filter to the house layered with dust. We also found the leaf blower in the closet but did not have time to deal with it ourselves. Drawers in kitchen dirty with debris. Found the vacuum under a large quilt in a disheveled closet in the master. No room to hand clothes with the disorganization. My first instinct was to vacuum, dust and clean the place up, but that’s not what we came there for.. Called property manager who sent a cleaning crew out. Came back to the property after the cleaning, leaves were now gone and house was much cleaner, with air filters also being changed. We could now walk into the house without dragging in leaves. However, shouldn’t this cleaning been done BEFORE we arrived??
Also considerable ants on property, expected in the woods however they do swarm your cars and even into the master closet and kitchen. No offer for restitution has been made , despite paying for a cleaning fee upfront and being assured the property was “ready” before we checked in. Beautiful view but we would not stay here again with all of the above.
