The Primary suite features a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the private outdoor area. The ensuite bathroom includes a large shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom, perfect for kids or extra guests, has two Twin-sized beds. The fourth bedroom also features a Queen-sized bed. All guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
The large, fully equipped kitchen is adorned with custom cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, granite counters, and a breakfast bar, inviting you to indulge in culinary delights. The spacious dining and living area provides ample space for family and friends to come together and enjoy their time off together.

Guests can choose between two outdoor pools for a refreshing swim or leisurely lounging under the sun. For sports enthusiasts, the tennis court provides an opportunity for a friendly match, while the fitness room is perfect for maintaining your exercise routine. The complex has also added brand new pickleball and basketball courts for guest use! Unwind in the sauna, a peaceful retreat for relaxation. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for cozy moments and charming conversations. The charcoal grills add a touch of outdoor culinary fun, ideal for grilling enthusiasts.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The check in was great. It would have been helpful to know that the villa was located just inside the gate, in the parking lot. It was super nice and a short walk to the beach! Was a bit confusing finding it at first.

What a lovely, spacious property! We were close to the beach, yet in the Villa we were totally private. There was a large, fenced, beautifully maintained backyard where our grandson could run and play. Televisions in every room where you could access all of your subscriptions. Spacious kitchen with everything you needed. We ate all of our meals around the dining table and had the best time! Can’t wait to go back!
