About this apartment rental
A corner unit with breathtaking beach views from your own private balcony, located on the 9th floor. Swim in the Gulf of Mexico , sunbathe on the sugar white sands of the beach, or dine in one of the restaurants within walking distance. Tennis ,basketball, Pickleball, racquetball, sauna, indoor/outdoor pool , hot tubs, and work out room on site.🏖️🌴🌊!
What we leave: 1 roll of tp per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, garbage bags and dish detergent for each day of your stay, a few laundry detergent drop ins, sponge, and liquid dish soap.
* Please note that there is $60 parking pass fee per car (2 passes per reservation). You will be emailed a link to prepay for parking. If you choose to pay for parking when you arrive it will be $70. You can pick up your pass at the front desk when you arrive.

The unit was very tastefully decorated and very spacious! The mattresses need to be replaced and there was very low hot water pressure! The Phoenix III was very nice and we had a very nice time!

The mattress in the master needs to be replaced. Severe hole in the middle of the bed. FYI the mattress in the single queen room was upside down and my family slept the first night with springs poking them in the back. Also there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay for 6 people and only 1 roll of paper towels.
