The location.
The whole time I was there my code for my door never worked. I spent 3 hours when I first arrived trying to get a code that worked because every code I got never worked. The elevators there are bad because they are all in one spot and if you are on a high floor and you are coming down it stops every floor for more people.

The key pad lock did not work stood out side the room for about 30m minutes trying to get in because codes would not work. Had to eventually get a key to get into the room.
