Hello and Welcome to APRÈS Vacation Homes!
Enjoy a comfortable stay in this top-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Bear Hollow, accommodating up to 8 guests. The open living area features high vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a gas fireplace that is currently not operable. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy peaceful forest views, with a table that’s ideal for morning coffee or an evening outdoors.
The open-concept kitchen features stainless steel gas appliances and plenty of space for preparing meals together. For additional outdoor dining and cooking, guests can also use the community barbecue area.
Bear Hollow offers a range of community amenities, including a clubhouse gym, seasonal swimming pool, and three community hot tubs. The condo also includes a private parking garage with an assigned space. Located along the free public bus route, the property provides convenient access to Park City’s ski resorts, shopping, dining, and other attractions.
APRÈS Vacation Homes complies with applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Fair Housing Act (FHA). Guests traveling with a service animal are required to notify us prior to check-in. Non-service animal pets are subject to a $150 fee for stays of fewer than 15 days. Guests traveling with a pet, excluding support animals, are required to provide the pet’s breed and age prior to check-in.
For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras may be installed in outdoor areas such as entrances, driveways, and garages. These devices are used for property protection, occupancy verification, and safety monitoring. There are no cameras or recording devices located inside the home or in any private interior spaces.

Stayed here for 8 days with my wife, two college age boys and my dog. Overall, the place and location were great for all of us. A few things that werent perfect:The property management were painting all week and the painters never cleaned up after themselves so there was tape, garbage, dirt everywhere on the premises.The amenities were very nice however, the sink faucet definitely needs replaced.That said, i would definitely go back and recommend this place for a summer or winter stay. The host communication was prompt and accurate. Thank you

Condo needs updating. Furniture (sofa and chairs) are quite uncomfortable. Would love to have comfortable furniture on the patio in order to make the space more enjoyable. Lamp over kitchen table is secured by a carabiner. The space needs a deep clean. We were still pleased with the location, the amenities provided and the price was quite reasonable for the amount of space we had.

Overall it was a good stay. Place was clean and family friendly. Lots of communication from Host.
One general negative: There was a presence of bugs in the flat. Some small worm-looking bugs coming out of the sink drains. Also, after coming home, I realized that I has some form of bug bites all over my arms. I assume this was spiders, or ants, or some other crawling bug. I can only assume I was bitten while sleeping.
