About this apartment rental

Top Floor, Recently Updated | Moose 3401

Recently updated and on the top floor, which is the combination people ask for. The third bedroom is set up with three twins, so it handles a group of kids without anyone sharing a bed. Dogs welcome.

IN THIS HOME
- Top floor, single level, recently updated
- Large smart TV with cable and a gas fireplace
- Kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- Full-size washer and dryer
- Assigned parking in the heated garage

BEAR HOLLOW

Bear Hollow sits between the Canyons Village base and the Utah Olympic Park on the north side of Park City, where the ski jumps are two miles up the road and most of the year you can watch aerialists training into the splash pool. Every home looks out at something - pines, the jumps, or the Swaner Preserve at the edge of the neighborhood. In December the welcome sign lights up and the drive in turns into a winter wonderland.

BEAR HOLLOW LODGES

Park in the heated garage, take the elevator to your floor, and walk in. No steps, no icy path from the car, no hauling boots up a staircase in the dark. Every Lodges home is a single level once you are through the door. There are also hot tubs beside the buildings, so when the clubhouse is busy you have somewhere else to go.

HOW FAR
- Kimball Junction - 1.1 miles
- Park City Mountain, Canyons Village base - 1.7 miles
- Utah Olympic Park - 2.1 miles
- Park City Mountain, Village base - 5.0 miles
- Historic Main Street - 5.9 miles
- Deer Valley - 6.8 miles
- Salt Lake City airport - 32 miles, 35 minutes

GETTING AROUND AND PARKING

The free Park City bus stops at the edge of the neighborhood and runs to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and Woodward. The paved Millennium Trail runs through Bear Hollow - one way to the shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction, under the roads rather than across them, the other way to the Cabriolet lift. You do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want one. Your assigned space is in the heated common garage, with first-come bump-out spaces for extra cars.

YES, BRING THE DOG

This is a town with a dog festival called Bark City, an off-leash park called Run-A-Muk, and a restaurant called Blind Dog. You get the idea! Run-A-Muk is right next door, and the home comes ready with dog essentials so there’s less to pack.

Dogs are welcome (up to two pups). Just check in with us before booking so we can approve your furry family members and send a quick agreement. Dog fees (including emotional support animals) are billed separately: $25/night per dog ($100 minimum, capped at $350 per dog), plus a pet departure clean. Ask us about discounted monthly pricing.

If you are traveling with an ADA service animal, simply let us know prior to arrival so our team can prepare the home for your stay.

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED

Keyless entry, no keys to pick up. Cleaned and stocked before you arrive - shampoo, body wash and lotion, a first round of paper goods, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods, enough to settle in without a store run. Guest Portal and Digital Guest Book for home details, local tips and Wi-Fi.

COFFEE AND A BOOK

Coffee for the first morning. The book is ours - a rhyming trip through a Park City year with a moose named Patrick on the cover. It goes home with you.

SAFETY

Every home is licensed and inspected by the county before it can be rented, then inspected again between stays by our Breezeway Safety Certified maintenance techs. First aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher in each one.

Great experience. Would go again!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean and in great condition. Moose Management was great to deal with throughout process. Clear check in details and specifics to amenities. The hot tub was so nice after a day on the slopes. We loved the location but wished the free shuttle for Park City had a stop closer to the condo. It is a bit of a hike. The Park City Mountain parking is very limited so I suggest an added stop for shuttle at the Bear Hollow mailbox area. Everything else exceeded expectations. Very close to shopping, restaurants, downtown Park City and slopes. Thank you for a great stay!

Great property and clean unit. Would have rated 5-stars if not for the following: Management needs to make sure all kitchen items are clean for incoming guests! Nobody wants to find the previous occupant’s greasy, dirty, uncleaned pots and pans in the cabinets when they go to use them. Property’s jacuzzi inoperable. Temperature in the 80’s. Definitely missed being able to soak after long days skiing.

We had a nice stay at this listing. Nice clean three bedroom unit with nice size overall. The property manager was attentive to messages and prompt in responses. Overall no issues and we’d recommend this unit to others considering a place to stay.
