With two decks, a gas fire pit, fireplace, full kitchen, private garage, and dog-friendly accommodations, it is a comfortable base for exploring Park City without staying in the middle of the crowds.

Jeremy Ranch is a quiet residential neighborhood on the Salt Lake side of Park City. Kimball Junction and Whole Foods are 5 minutes away, Canyons Village 10, Park City Mountain 12, Historic Main Street 13, Deer Valley 20, and the Salt Lake City airport 30. The airport run is the shortest of any Park City neighborhood.
The neighborhood has walking trails, tennis courts, and groomed cross country skiing in winter. The home sits along the Jeremy Ranch golf course, so the views out back are open fairways and mountains.
GOOD TO KNOW
This is a multi level home and all bedrooms require stairs. Dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee. All wheel drive is strongly recommended from November through April.
