About this house rental
Welcome to your ideal year-round escape on Saratoga Lake. Perched right on the water, this unique three-level home features private lake access, panoramic views, stunning sunsets, and thoughtfully designed spaces for both relaxation and gathering. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, and multiple common areas—including one with a queen Murphy bed—the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults while still providing plenty of privacy.
In the summer, enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, lakeside lounging, and cozy evenings by the outdoor fire pit. When the snow rolls in, the setting transforms into a winter retreat with easy access to downhill skiing just a short drive away, as well as local snowshoeing and cross-country trails right nearby. And no matter the season, you’re only minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, great dining, and other local attractions.
The Space
This stunning lakefront property is designed for comfort, style, and functionality across three spacious levels:
Level One (Ground Level):
• A vibrant common area with a full bar and queen Murphy bed (serves as a fourth bedroom)
• Half bath for convenience
• Walk-out access to a private patio with a fire pit, just steps from your private dock (only available during the summer months)—perfect for boating, fishing, or a morning swim in Saratoga Lake
Level Two (Main Living Area):
• Open-concept living and dining area with lake views and lots of natural light
• Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals
• A multi-use bedroom with a queen Murphy bed and/or home office setup
• Enclosed porch—ideal for coffee with a view or late-night chats
• Another half bath for added convenience
Level Three (Top Level):
• Primary bedroom with a king bed, private full bath with walk-in shower, California closet, and a serene enclosed porch with elevated lake views
• Guest bedroom with a second king bed and private full bath with a tub and another California closet
With two queen murphy beds in common spaces and two king bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates groups while maintaining personal space.

• Private dock is available for guest use (only during summer months)—bring your boat, jet ski, or fishing gear! We also provide 2 kayaks and a SUP for recreational use. Note, you can still access the lake via the patio when the dock is out in the fall
• Parking is available on-site for up to 4 cars
• Large gatherings and excessive outdoor music/noise are prohibited due to the presence of residents in the vicinity. We are not interested in renting to young adults who are seeking to party. The house's exterior is monitored by a security surveillance system to ensure the safety of both ourselves and you.

We had an incredible five-day stay at this Lakeside home! From the jaw-dropping sunset views while sitting in the sun porch or on the patio to the comfortable beds, from the they-thought-of-everything amenities to the looks-brand-new interior, and from the peace and quiet of the dock to the proximity of restaurants, shopping and golf just minutes away, the six of us all had our expectations exceeded. Thanks Kaarlo for such a memorable trip!

We had a great time at the house. It had everything we needed and was very clean and modern. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all clean and looked almost like they were new. The dock was perfect for keeping my boat tied to. There was plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside and the views of sunset on the lake were awesome. Kaarlo was great to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this house to any family looking to relax at the lake or maybe looking to fish and head to the track or downtown Saratoga. It’s a short drive to downtown. I definitely plan on staying at this house again in the future.

Our hosts provided a house that was comfortable as can be. Nothing was spared: the decor, the appliances, furnishings, spaciousness - even the landscaping. We enjoyed the barbecue grill and the firepit, taking in memorable views of the lake. Most of all, our hosts were nice and always available for questions and tips insuring our stay in Saratoga Springs was wonderful.
