No Smoking, This townhouse is located in the Waters Edge community. Use of community amenities; indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts etc - require a brief orientation with the Home Owners Association, and will be given a temporary fob at that time. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in, and I can put you in touch with the HOA.
We only rent to responsible adults, and families. No large parties, or excessive noise.

Staying at this townhome in Saratoga was truly an unforgettable experience. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a wonderful community with incredibly convenient access to all of the amenities listed.What really set this trip apart, though, was the host. Bryan went above and beyond to make sure my very first visit to Saratoga was nothing short of incredible. He was very communicative throughout the booking ranging from ensuring that we were organized and prepared pre arrival to personalized recommendations and extra care in making sure every detail of my trip was covered.Bryan set a new standard for how welcoming, attentive, and generous someone can be. I left with wonderful memories of Saratoga and the comfort of a home that felt like my own. I can’t recommend this host enough and will absolutely stay here again on future visits.
