A finished basement provides extra space for family and friends to spread out. There is a private dock and deck space on beautiful Saratoga Lake. The home is just 10 minutes to the track and all that downtown Saratoga has to offer all year round.
Just a 25 minute drive to West Mountain to enjoy skiing and/or tubing. For the more seasoned skier, Gore Mountain is less than an hour drive. 10 minutes to downtown Saratoga for world class dining and shopping. This lake house is a cozy year round retreat to escape the everyday!

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living area with ample seating, open concept kitchen which opens to the dining and great room space, and a separate den/office space with views of the lake. A finished basement with a queen size pull out couch, chair, and large screen TV provides a separate living area and extra sleeping capacity. There is a dedicated laundry room off the kitchen.
A charming lake house feel with modern amenities such as new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, WiFi, 5 large screen smart TVs and much more. The Sunsets are spectacular!

We enjoyed our stay. It was very hot while we were there, but the house was nice and cool, and the screened in living area was a terrific option for the evenings.
The air hockey and shuffleboard tables were a nice touch.
Having water access was also crucial.

We had a great stay, and loved the screened-in porch and the area where we could have our dogs outside to play. Location was perfect, owner was very responsive, and we had no issues at all. The only area for improvement is that the house could use some updating. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Just as listed- awesome open space on the porch! Perfect for our boots, eating dinner and breakfast! The central air really made it nice to come home! And the view of the lake from the front lawn was gorgeous!

Ryan’s place is awesome. It is spacious and homey. The rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is updated and has all utensils you need. There is also an outdoor grill. The place is not only close to Saratoga Lake, it is relatively close to other attractions in the town. Ryan is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating.
