About this house rental
This beautiful and private all season home is located on the west side of the historic Saratoga Lake! The house was recently built ( finished in early 2021 ) and is situated off a quiet, private road and is awaiting your stay! This property is under new ownership as of October 2024. When you rent this property you will be able to walk out the back patio door and bask in the beauty of Saratoga lake only feet away! The property is wonderfully landscaped with an oversized bluestone patio (with a hot-tub, gas fire pit, dining table, and chaise lounges). The property boasts 70 feet of spacious level lakefront manicured lawn with beautiful flowers and picturesque scenery. We feature our 80-foot private dock ( in the summer) where you can fish, swim, or relax with your toes in the water while enjoying the magnificent view, Ice fishing is fun in the winter also! There is Kayak rentals on the lake to explore the nooks and crannies of Kayaderosseras Creek, the entrance of which is only a few hundred feet from our dock! We offer upon request the ability to bring your own boat and enjoy your days tubing, water skiing, or just relaxing out on the lake. In the mornings, enjoy the breathtaking views and peaceful sunrises (and perhaps even a visit from a blue heron) while eating breakfast in front of the wall-to-wall lake-view windows at our Amish-made rustic wooden dining table or out on our upper-level deck. After cooking your meals in our fully stocked kitchen or on our gas grill, catch up with your guests in front of our spacious gas fire pit. We have an excellent private chef that we can help you coordinate for additional price. Escape by reading a book, playing games, or enjoying a movie on our Smart TV in one of two living rooms in our exceptionally clean and comfortable two-story home. At night, retreat to one of our four bedrooms (two upstairs, two downstairs), each of which includes natural light, comfortable beds (one king and three queen-size), and extra blankets and pillows. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convience. Rest assured that your safety and security are in the forefront of our minds (smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, outside-only home perimeter cameras, including the hot tub area, and a Ring doorbell). Please review out lease Agreement attached to this listing. While our property is private and secluded our location is easily accessible to the Northway, and we are only 7 minutes from the Saratoga casino/ Race Course, 10 min to downtown. This home is beautiful inside and out. As a frequent visitor of VRBO properties, I must say that this home and location (on the lake) is perfect for a relaxing stay. The home is impeccable and appears to be a very new home. All the details are there for your comfort. The location is about 10-12 min from main street in Saratoga Springs.

Beautiful location, directly on Saratoga Lake. The home has a kitchen and a pantry that is fully stocked. The lake views are gorgeous and fill the 2 levels of the room with light. Even when visiting in the winter, we enjoyed the Hot tub. The home is beautully decorated and the layout is great.This home is 6 min to down town and like 5 minutes to the Casino/horseteack. Great location! We have stayed in Saratoga Lake 2 other times and this is our fave house yet!

Was great for a group of friend just looking to relax And have a great view. Was very close to downtown Saratoga for some good restaurants and nightlife. The place was so clean and beautiful. Definitely would stay again!
