About this house rental
Bring the whole family (including your pup!) to this beautifully updated, pet-friendly retreat in the desirable Linkside neighborhood of Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Perfectly located between Destin and scenic 30A, and right next to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the ideal mix of relaxation, recreation, and convenience.
Your stay includes a 6-seat golf cart, making it easy to cruise to the beach (approximately 1.5 miles away), Village of Baytowne Wharf, Market Shops, and Grand Boulevard. Guests enjoy access to two resort pools, private beach access, and all the incredible amenities Sandestin has to offer.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious, thoughtfully decorated home designed for comfort and connection. The primary suite features a king bed, private patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms offer a king bed and a queen bed, with a full hallway bathroom and plenty of storage space for everyone. The open living area includes a large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and games for family fun, all with direct access to the expansive patio overlooking the golf course. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a beach day.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a KitchenAid mixer, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.
Step outside to one of the home’s standout features-a stunning golf course view from the oversized patio complete with outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a charcoal grill. Family-friendly extras include a pack-n-play, Bumbo seat, games, and, of course, the golf cart for easy resort exploring.
Nearby attractions include the charming beach towns of Seaside and Grayton Beach, plus outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, water parks, marinas, dining, spas, and more. On the resort you can enjoy plenty of tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, some of the best restaurants, kids activates, serene spas, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. Beach is less than 1.5 miles from the condo. Take the cart all the way to the beach!
Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.
Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. IF the unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
**If Guest loses golf cart key, the guest will be responsible to replace it. The cost to replace the key(fob) will be approximately $700 due to having to replace the ignition switch.**
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
Surveillance Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell and camera outside the home that record video and audio.There are no devices inside of the home.
Renter Agreement must be signed by guest. Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waiver is signed and returned.

Our puppy came. House was clean and had everything we needed. One big downfall is the outside looks terrible, over grown trees and shrubs and one tree drops terrible little very hard balls which hurt your feet but easy to slip on them. The appearance of the outside takes away the beauty of the house. Best the outside we will not stay there again. We used to own this house in the 2000s and it broke are hearts to see how bad everything looks outside.

This was by far our favorite family vacation! The cart was a huge plus. The home was clean, all questions were answered quickly. The patio was huge and we loved having the grill and the included grill utensils! We are already looking at booking for the fall. The link you get for the rental info was the easiest we have used. Thanks again!
