This two story townhome is located bayside on the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. From your private back deck, soak in views of the lake, the fairway, and the bay. You’ll find 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. The first floor features modern flooring with chic décor and neutral colors for that airy beach house feel. Follow this high end design into the kitchen equipped with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, plus all the items you need to prep and cook. Your guests can relax in the living room with comfy furnishings and flat screen TV or on the back deck and watch the golfers and beautiful views over the lake and Choctawhatchee Bay.

Overall, the stay was good - the house is a pretty good size & well decorated. Details were missing - like check in process was not through the website, it was through text. Most disappointing was the pictures indicated enough seating for our family of 6, which was misleading since the picture was different from the actual seating. Overall, we made it work and enjoyed our week at Sandestin

We loved the townhouse. Golf cart is fantastic. The deck with the view of the golf course and proximity to the bay were ideal for our family.

We really enjoyed our trip. This is the first time we stayed at this resort. The location was amazing. The resort staff were very helpful and kind. Almost everything we did was accessible by golf cart. There was so much to do for the entire family. The house provided beautiful views and was closely located to the pool. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again. We hated to leave!

The condo was nice and loved the golf cart. The furniture was dirty, stained and ripped. The dining chairs were all stained. Should not have white furniture in a rental!
Said it had 2 king beds and a pullout. No pullout and only 1 king bed, the other was a queen. False advertising.
It was nice to bring our dog and the back deck of the condo was nice.
Needs more pots and pans and new dishes and coffee cups.
