It was our first stay in Newport and we enjoyed staying here. It’s a nice little spot away from the clutter and the park is down the street as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Was a bit surprised no stove no oven & no access to a grill. Place was cute & quiet car needed for town or beach bed was comfy
