About this cottage rental
Welcome to the suite at the Sea Pear Cottage! We live upstairs, which is a separate living area with its own entrance. You may hear the footsteps of our kids upstairs or see us in the yard but it's otherwise set apart and private. Your suite is fully furnished and has beautiful views out to the marsh. It's a one-block, two-minute walk to the beach, and one-mile beach walk or bike ride to Center Street.

Spend the day at the beach or exploring the island and its surroundings… then come back to this cozy and peaceful house to make memories with your kids and loved ones! Kids not tired after the beach, don’t worry there’s is nice playground right in the backayrd for them to play and run.

Two friends and a teen enjoyed this cute little apartment. We wanted to be near the beach and it was literally a five minute walk. The outdoor shower was very refreshing. Stratton was great and responsivd to all of our questions and request. We will definitely come back and stay again if we return to Folly Beach.

This property was walking distance to beach and the waves at the beach were most excellent!. The area around the house was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the inlet. The property was clean and just big enough for a small family or 3-4. The kitchen was fully equiped with the essentials. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials.
We would definately stay here again!!

My family stayed here for a week, and we loved it. The location to the beach is unmatched, and Stratton was always available for recommendations. We were there with our 1 and 2 year olds, and they had a blast playing in the yard in between our adventures. Highly recommend a stay here!
