The Martin Family, private, river front, vacation home is located along the most captivating stretch of the Folly River. THIS IS THE MOST SECLUDED PROPERTY ON THE ISLAND, 1/4 MILE DOWN A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY With your own dedicated, deep water dock on the river... and a short 2 block walk to the beach... you have the best of both worlds!
Enjoy the sights, sounds and ambiance of the beautiful Folly River while sipping morning coffee on the back porch... watching the birds on the water front dock. At the end of the day, relax with a cocktail and watch the most beautiful sunset anywhere!
Bountiful oyster beds that are easily accessible and unlimited fishing and crabbing, makes this getaway a fisherman's paradise. The galley style kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped to whip up a delicious dinner from the fresh catch and local produce available on the island.
The main floor includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The remaining 3 bedrooms,(2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 1 set of twin beds) share a full bathroom with bathtub/shower.
High speed internet is available. Bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD

The host, Patrick, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house is in a secluded location, offering privacy and peace. The dock was an absolute highlight, and, in my opinion, the best part of the house. It was a short 2-block walk to the beach, making it convenient for the beach. The house was well-equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. My family and I had a wonderful time.
