About this house rental
Welcome to this 4-bedroom, 2-bath gem in Peoria. This single-level home, with its open floor plan, offers a fantastic retreat for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. With its spacious bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, full bed, bunk bed (full over full), and twin trundle bed, everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. The house features amenities like WiFi, Smart TVs, and keypad entry ensuring a comfortable stay. The two full bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. There is also a full laundry room with detergent included. Whether you're into some serious competition or just want to have fun, the shuffleboard and air hockey table are waiting for you!
In the backyard, you'll find a covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful blue heated pool to enjoy those spectacular AZ sunsets. The pool is heated free of charge. A cover is provided and should be put on the pool each night (and during the day when not in use) in order to retain the heat.
Please do not adjust the pool settings - if there is a problem with the pool, please contact the owner directly.
This house is located just 7 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex where you'll find the Mariners and the Padres during Spring Training months. There are many other community events when Spring Training isn't in session including seasonal markets, Food Truck festivals, and more! State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals) is located a quick 15 minute drive away, along with the popular Westgate for restaurants and shopping. Along with Topgolf, you'll find many golf courses nearby. It is also a convenient drive to Barrett Jackson and TPC Scottsdale. Grocery stores and other retail stores are also close by.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The host Kristen, was very responsive with any questions we had. She made us feel very welcome. We were super close to many restaurants, shopping ( Target, Costco), and also close to the Mariners/Padres spring training stadium. We had easy access to the highway system.The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. This house very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with very nice appliances. There was a nice living room area with a TV. The master bedroom and bath were spacious with a king size bed and TV. The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom had a full bed which was a little small for 2 adults especially for a week. The 4th bedroom had bunk beds with 2 full beds. Our grandkids loved this space. The 2nd bathroom was clean. The laundry room was so nice especially since we stayed there for 3 weeks. At one point during these 3 weeks we had 6 adults and 2 kids in the house. The game room was awesome for both the adults and kids. It had a shuffleboard table and air hockey. There was even toys and games for the kids along with a TV. The biggest hit was the pool and outdoor space! The pool was clean and heated. There was a covered porch with a nice sitting area with comfortable furniture. The large pool umbrella was awesome for needed shade. There was a like new grill- with even a spare propane tank. There were plenty of beach towels! We can’t thank Kristen enough for making our stay very memorable!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail made us feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived.The host was absolutely fabulous—responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It truly made our experience even better.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway. We would love to come back!

A large spacious home in a quiet neighborhood ideally suited for families. We came for spring training so we were close to the stadiums. The pool was sparkling clean and heated so our grandchildren ages 6 and 8 spent hours in it! Many nice amenities which included a large well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent who responded to my texts immediately. I would highly recommend this home.
