This house is perfect for a family or group. Three nice bedrooms and well decorated living space and kitchen. The sofa is huge with two comfortable chaise sections, very comfy. There is a nice pool as well. Great place to stay in Peoria.

I liked the convenience to the expressway being that my kids that I was visiting lived to the north and was very convenient with a 10 min drive on average. The layout was great and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the pool and grill setup as we used those a lot! Beds and the couch was super comfortable!

The property was absolutely beautiful and so adorable! The beds are so comfortable and the ping pong table was pleasantly fun!
Nothing wrong with the property just besides it’s by the trains tracks and you can sometimes hear a train but that’s not the host fault!

We booked for spring break with kids and 4 adults and wanted a nice, clean house to relax and soak up the sun. The house was just that. The property was clean, nicely decorated and cozy and pretty well stocked for cooking. We especially loved the backyard and the pool was awesome and kept very clean. The host was extremely and quickly responsive and made our stay that much better. We’d definitely stay here again!
The neighborhood is a little meh but the proximity to amenities was great.
