About this house rental
Perfect place to stay for a midterm rental! 3 different living areas to relax in. Smart TVs! Awesome backyard with pool, fountain, grass lawn, and huge patio! BBQ, play yard games and cool off in the pool! 2 mi to P83, shopping, restaurants. 7.9 mi to Cardinals stadium, 8.5 mi to Top Golf! Close to hospitals in Peoria and Sun City West if you need to work or visit family. Easy access to freeway for some fun getaways around the valley!

One of the best features of this home is the three separate areas to watch tv, relax and hang out. Very comfortable for multiple families to enjoy a vacation together and have some space in different rooms. Kids can watch a movie upstairs on the landing and parents can play games or watch their own show downstairs.
The backyard is sprawling and creates an inviting space to hang out and enjoy the sunshine! Bocce ball and cornhole games are available to use!
Hightop outdoor table provides a fun spot to dine alfresco!
Outdoor seating to sit and converse around.
Chaise lounge chairs to sunbathe or dry off after a dip in the pool!
BBQ provided - owner does not provide propane.
Please be advised that there will be a small processing fee for cancellations on VRBO or direct bookings.
Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.

We had a great stay in Peoria! The house had a great layout and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the pool to cool off in the heat. The check-in process was easy and communication with the host was wonderful! We loved the nice, quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the baseball parks we were playing at. There were many choices for grocery shopping and restaurants near by. We will definitely stay at this property again if we visit Peoria in the future.
