The "Seaside" apartment building is located on a quiet side street in the historic old town of Sassnitz, just a few meters from the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea.
The Old Town, arguably the most idyllic part of Sassnitz, captivates visitors above all with its still very well-preserved and beautifully restored seaside resort architecture. Here you’ll find good restaurants and cafés with cozy outdoor seating.
The sailing and fishing harbor—with many additional dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city center itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque Old Town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a view of the sea. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located approximately 300 meters away, behind City Hall.
"Grey" Apartment:
This vacation apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea features a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a mini stereo system, and more.
Layout: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer.
Size: 44 square meters—accommodates up to 4 people.
For safety reasons, the fireplace cannot be used at this time.
