The Old Town, arguably the most idyllic part of Sassnitz, captivates visitors above all with its still very well-preserved and beautifully restored seaside resort architecture. Here you’ll find good restaurants and cafés with cozy outdoor seating.
The sailing and fishing harbor—with many more dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city center itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque Old Town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a lake view. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located about 300 meters away, behind City Hall.
