Do you love the unique atmosphere and charm of historic buildings, as well as the scent of a fresh sea breeze? Then you’re very welcome here! The “Am Ufer” vacation home is located in the historic old town of Sassnitz on a quiet side street (dead end). The vacation home features two vacation apartments. One apartment on the first floor for 2 people and one on the first floor for 4 people. The apartments are cozy, bright, and warmly furnished. The vacation home is just 100 meters from Sassnitz’s beach promenade, with its cafés, restaurants, and idyllic city harbor. The famous chalk coast is just a few steps away on foot. Sassnitz has only one natural beach. It’s just a few minutes’ drive to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach for swimming and sunbathing. Sassnitz is a state-recognized resort town and therefore subject to a visitor’s tax. Please note that for bookings with pets, in addition to the 8.00 euro fee per pet/night, a one-time pet cleaning fee of 25.00 euros applies!
A bright, modernly furnished apartment in a very quiet location on the first floor of a house that is over 100 years old and has been completely modernized in recent years. The apartment features a large kitchen with a full kitchenette, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a dining area. The view from the kitchen window looks out over the Bachpromenade toward the old town of Sassnitz, with its beautiful seaside resort-style architecture. The living room features a cozy sitting area, two armchairs, and a TV. An extra bed for the third and fourth guests is available on the couch. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and is located between the living room and the kitchen (a walk-through room). The small bathroom is located on the main hallway; it is compact but functional, with a shower, toilet, and sink. The apartment includes a parking space.
