Welcome to your own piece of paradise, complete with a breathtaking ocean view! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation home has been recently renovated and meticulously designed to bring comfort and convenience center stage.
The moment you lay your eyes on this immaculate exterior, you will immediately be taken by the Spanish-influenced iron gate, terracotta roofing, towering archways, and stately shutters.
The kitchen comes with handsome wood furnishing, from cabinets and doors with fine crafted molding and stainless-steel pulls, making extra storage a breeze! A range hood, gorgeous granite countertop, and bevy of useful appliances can be found around every corner. Last but not least, a series of windows with outdoor viewing and a center kitchen island completes the room. This versatile galley is perfect for dining, entertaining, or whipping up a fresh batch of margaritas.
The dining room features a beautiful round supper table, set for a party of six. The dark highbacked chairs contrast perfectly with the light granite tabletop, rivaled only by the stunning view from beyond the window.
The family room is guaranteed to bring your entire crew together! Here, you will uncover a cozy couch and sofa, along with a flat-screen television, and additional guest seating! Take advantage of some of that indoor/outdoor island living by opening up the sliding glass doors and letting the breeze work the room!
Bedroom #1 brings forth a king size bed, stately armoire, and an unbeatable view of your outdoor haven. This Master Suite also comes equipped with an en suite bathroom, showcasing a luxurious tiled interior with a floating vanity, large contemporary mirror, and more!
Bedroom #2 hosts a queen size bed, Along with a trundle bed, matching nightstands, and an en suite bathroom that offers both luxury and privacy.
Bedroom #3 highlights a queen size bed set against a wooden headboard with matching nightstands. In addition, you will find a trundle bed adding extra sleeping arrangements for you and your guests. This bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, staged with all the trappings and more!

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.
HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

The property was exactly as advertised! Anything that was needed was within a short drive, or even a short walk. The property manager support was exceptional! I highly recommend this property, and I will enthusiastically be looking to book this location again for future visits to Aruba.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the house layout and nice view. Short drives to Eagle Beach and our restaurant selections. We had some issues with gas stove, and hot water but they were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.

Beautiful house with lots of space inside and out! Great location near some of the best snorkeling spots and away from crowds. Only a couple downsides- The hot water in the showers was lukewarm at best, even though the kitchen water was scalding. Not sure why. Wish there was furniture on the balcony patio. It’s a wonderful place to view sunsets but had to stand. Overall exactly as promised and really suited our family of 4.

Clean, lovely outdoor space. Plenty of room for 10 people. Quiet neighborhood 5-10mins drive for on beaches and restaurants.
