About this villa rental
The space
The house includes 5 king bedrooms all with flatscreen tv, dining area with beautiful views of the sea, lounging area upon entry into the house, fully equipped kitchen, 6 full bathrooms, private pool with waterfall, full gym , basketball hoop, outdoor bar, hammock and lots of outdoor lounging space to enjoy the beautiful weather.
There is also a patio located at the front of the house with a gas fire pit looking out over the sea.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house, except for the garage. There is plenty of parking space located in the driveway at the front of the house.
Other things to note
Breakfast can be quoted additionally with two private chefs
Housekeeping is available for extra charge
Housekeeper lives on the property in a separate apartment.
Location
Noord, Aruba
Located in the most upscale part of the island. The property is minutes away from the Ritz Carlton and Marriott hotel. Across the street is a nice little cove type beach and Boca Catalina & Arashi beach are a 5-7 min walk approximately.
Getting around
Beaches are very close but we recommend a car rental for dinner and groceries. We also have a taxi service that we work closely with if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! My husband booked this house because of the location for fishing. I wasn’t sold as we are only a family of four, but we ended up really enjoying it. Alexia was super responsive. The property manager, Carolina couldn’t be nicer. One of the sweetest people we met on the island. She didn’t bother us at all but was available if we needed her, and was so very accommodating when we needed a place to put our luggage prior to check in. House was super clean and stocked with everything you need. I wouldn’t expect a brand new house, but it is very well kept and very clean. I was most impressed with the bathrooms as a few of them are absolutely gorgeous! My kids enjoyed the turtles (maybe tortoises??) in the garden area and the cat that hung around. We also loved the pool. It is super nice size and deep too. The was our first time to Aruba, and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Incredible ocean view. Pool is awesome. Property is just stunning. Spacious all the bathrooms were great but the master bathroom was a dream. My compliments to our host for providing such an incredible property. We will be back.

Our stay was glorious, the house and pool were fantastic, the location is perfect. We hope to visit again in the future.Please note that not all bedrooms are ensuite (only two are) and three bedrooms will need to share two hall bathrooms (one of these is located at the perimeter of the dining area).

TV’s didn’t work ! No Cable Tv in all rooms didn’t work!
In order to use the Toilet you had to put the paper in a Trash Can. Not Good. People need to know before renting.
Love the Viking Stove Oven didn’t work. Had to use a toaster oven. Had to run Dishwasher twice to get clean.
Needs much better lighting in the house.
Pool was Wonderful and the caretaker on property!!
