About this apartment rental
This listing is for out top floor villa and Studio D with additional bedroom where can fit up to 12 people. Top floor have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and kitchen and studio D on lower floor have two beds and additional bedroom with king bed own bathroom and kitchen. We rent all together 5 units on the best location on the island. We have another 3 units for couples on lower floor of our house and ground floor of the house has office. If you looking for escape from hustle of hotels our house is the best choice..

The LOCATION is by the finest beaches which are Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove
(which is the best snorkeling area on aruba) and the Arashi Beach has crystal clear water and white sand. Our house is located 1.5 miles away from the high-rise hotels which is the area with all the tourist attractions so we are in a calm location. One of the most popular diving locations which is the Antilla ship Wreck can be seen from the house our house is also about 1 mile away from the windsurfing, kite-surfing, and different kind of water sport area. Also the first Casinos are located about 1.5 miles away from the house.
The private 3rd floor residence is (170 m2 = 1.550 it has a separate entry, a big kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , huge terrace, fully furnished, air conditioning and a flat screen TV in every room. A gorgeous patio that can be used for BBQ, dining and even showering offers a magnificent view over the hotel entertainment areas and beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay here in the Beach White Villa! The balcony has excellent views and the property is a perfect, SHORT walk to various beaches with wonderful snorkeling locations. The balcony was the feature of the villa and we spent most of the time there (it has all the amenities like chairs, table, foot wash, grill). We really appreciated how easy it was to connect with Veronica when needed. Plenty of space for 12 people (we only had 7). There are two fridges which was more than enough room for drinks and food. Lots of ice trays. The neighborhood feels safe to walk around - lots of friendly people. Good water temperature for showers.
We felt that although overall this is an excellent VRBO, there are a few small improvements that could be done in order to achieve a five star rating. There were no measuring cups in the kitchen. There is also no hand soap provided which was unexpected. Several outlets and lights don't work. The towels were VERY rough and could use replacing (we recommend MyPillow, promo code POSO). Though there are multiple grills on the property, there are not multiple grill utensils so we had to take some from another grill. Finally, we recommend caution for families with small children as some of the railings both outside and inside are very low and/or non-existent.
Again, we loved our time here. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

This was our second stay and it was even more wonderful. Our first time here we stayed in Apt B (just my husband and I). We said then that we wanted to bring the whole family and stay on the top floor, and that is what we did. We also rented the Apt to the left (D I think) for my step daughter and her husband and 3 kids so they had some privacy...we all couldn't fit on the top floor. Everyone LOVED it! The addition of the pool is wonderful. The kids were in it every day. We highly recommend this place for your stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Come stay at Viola's wonderful villa and you'll feel like a local. Snorkel at the premier snorkeling spot in Aruba located just across the street. Chill at Arashi beach - which my children have nicknamed "Chill Beach" for the soft surf and relaxed vibe. Walk up to the lighthouse or the northeast edge of the island where the rugged beauty is overwhelming. Ask Veronika for restaurant recommendations, or go to the Super Food to pick up lobsters to grill on the rooftop deck. Watch the sun set as the pirate ships sail away.
The listing is accurate. It's clean and well equipped. Don't expect the Ritz. This is a home and you'll meet the owners and other wonderful guests. If you want something with turndown service, go elsewhere. If you want to relax, feel like a local and let your troubles fade away, come here. We'll see you next winter when we return for our 4th visit.
