HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

The house was almost exactly as described and pictured. The space was great for our extended family and we used the indoor and outdoor space to enjoy time together. The Kitchen is large and supports group cooking - something we love to do. It has lots of storage space for groceries and lots of counterspace. The cookware and dishes and glassware was great for us but they could have used a few more cooking utensils (e.g. there wasn't a spatula that works on teflon pans). The pool area was beautiful and had lots of dining and seating space. We also enjoyed the beach toys uncluding chairs and fins and snorkeling masks.The furnishings were as pictured. The beds were very comfortable but it would be nice if there was at least 1 more king sized bed.We had repeated problems with the dryer and had to call for help at least twice. Even on our last day, it would stop unexpectedly. We also had a problem with the ceiling fan in a bedroom. The comforters in the bedrooms need to be laundered although the covering sheets were clean. Casiola was very responsive to our issues and questions. In fact, service people would show up within minutes of me submitting a question or concern on the VRBO site. It took a couple of visits to completely fix the ceiling fan and the clothes dryer continued to cause problems even though repair people were there at least twice.

The house and location was amazing!!!!. Noord is quiet and family friendly. House was clean and pool was a game changer -great for the kids and we even made a few pool baby iguana rescues. Would definitely return. Amazing BBQ grill!Great to see smoke alarms, CO alarm, emergency contact, emergency plan posted and fire extinguishers.Room for improvement, better towels, newer beach chairs and umbrellas. A few more family oriented items for kids (pool toys) would be great and more inclusive starter kitchen pack for cooking. Kitchen appliances need some repairs: dishwasher door and stove lighter. Front bedroom toilet needs repair (valve leaks and makes noise concisely refilling)

We loved our stay in this home! it was close enough to the palm Beach strip and the tip of the island where the lighthouse is. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time and slept amazing as well. I truly hope we get the chance to visit this home again one day! We will cherish the memories we made in this home with our daughters and neice!
