When I arrived I text the number as advised however I was told that I was not due to check in until the next day. I had to retrieve my booking and show I had booked from the 8th of sept to the 15th. I was very disappointed as this now meant the apartment was not ready until after 9pm that night, after a long days travel this delay was not welcome. When we checked in eventually there was no toilet paper and we had to wait until the next morning to get some. Overall the apartments were very clean and comfortable.
