Meloneras Suites

The property and location were excellent. The communal pool was huge with plenty of sunbeds. An excellent supermarket was nearby. The property was very clean and was refreshed mid-stay with fresh towels and sheets. The property was spacious with three locations with separate tables and chairs to eat. Despite being close to a road, it was not busy and the area was residential and quiet. Once communication was established, any questions or information were answered promptly and pleasantly and issues were quickly sorted.

Arrival arrangements were not as arranged. Instead of being met at the property as advised right up to our departure date, a message received after we had landed told us to instead collect the keys from a lock box outside the company's office and then make our own way to the property. A map and instructions were sent via WhatsApp. This was our first visit, it was dark, we were driving a strange, rented, car and we had arrived at the previously agreed time, so we were not late. We worked it all out after some unwelcome stress, but many people may have struggled. There is no visitors' welcome details providing useful information such as "where is the Wi-Fi password", "where is the cutlery stored", "where is the Fusebox", "how to operate the TV," "recommended restaurants," "places to visit" etc.

Posizione eccellente, struttura buona
