The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room and a terrace with views and outdoor lounging and dining areas. The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and one full bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a balcony with seating area and wonderful sea views, and direct access to a rooftop solarium terrace. The semi-basement has a second living room with home-cinema and working space, another full bathroom and a third bedroom with 3 individual beds.
Guests have access to a big shared swimming pool inside the complex. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house. The Meloneras beach is 2 minutes away. Access to the highway is 500 meters away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

Spacious, clean, well appointed with several sun terraces. A beautiful pool with plenty loungers. Would highly recommend.
It would be good to have some information leaflets in the apartment, to show what the area offers.
