This beautiful property is located in the best area of Gran Canaria. The Meloneras area is the most exclusive, modern, and well-maintained part of the island. Just 5 minutes from hospitals and supermarkets, it’s surrounded by beautiful seaside walking paths, 5-star hotels, and incredible restaurants. In this villa, you can enjoy the privileged climate of the Canary Islands.
The veranda and the master bedroom offer magnificent views of the sea.
The house is spread over three floors; the main living area consists of a living room that opens onto the veranda and the garden, a half-bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
On the first floor, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
The first floor features two additional bedrooms—one with two beds and another with a double bed—as well as a living room. All bedrooms have built-in closets.
In the backyard, there is a carport, and out front, a lovely garden where you can relax and sunbathe.

Great house with even better host! Everything was arranged perfectly. The pool is amazing for young kids. Only a short walk to the beach and boulevard.

We had a beautiful warm week in a spacious and clean house with a group of 7. We had breakfest and dinner every day outside on terrace with sea view.
