Completed in 2007, the apartment offers about 57 sqm of living space with granite floors and two balconies: one facing northeast with views of the sea through the trees, and a sunny southwest-facing balcony for the afternoon. From the underground parking space, you can take the elevator to the first floor and reach the comfortable, well-equipped holiday apartment. A small hallway connects the bedroom and shower room to the open-plan living and dining area with a fitted kitchen. The apartment is suitable for two, maximum three people. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
