About this apartment rental
A beautiful apartment with sloped ceilings and plenty of rustic exposed beams on the first floor of the Old Barn at the Stenzinger Farm, accessible via a separate entrance with a spacious hallway and its own staircase.
Spanning approximately 85 square meters, the apartment features an open-concept living area with a well-equipped built-in kitchen, a cozy dining area, a spacious TV nook with a couch (with sleeper function, sleeping surface 130 cm x 200 cm), armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV, as well as a raised, open sleeping area with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm);
a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a skylight, and a flat-screen TV;
a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double sink, a toilet, and a skylight.
Most of the windows in this apartment are equipped with roller blinds and insect screens.
With its fantastic view, the loft can accommodate 4 people; for an additional fee, when using the sleeper sofa (130 cm x 200 cm) in the living area, it can even accommodate up to 6 people.
In front of the entrance area on the first floor is the terrace with seating for this apartment; a wonderful spot to catch the evening sun!

As early as 1926, the Stenzinger family welcomed their first vacation guests here on Mühlspreeweg in Burg Spreewald.
Since the fall of 2020, we—the Urban family—have had the great fortune to call this historic, beautiful farmstead our own, and we look forward to welcoming you for a wonderful vacation.
Nestled in the countryside, with a large garden, its own boathouse, and a dock right on the Spree, our Haus Stenzinger is a vacation paradise… a place for the soul!
For all kinds of activities—by bike, on foot, or by boat— this is the perfect starting point, because the trail begins right at our front door!
We’d be happy to rent you our in-house paddleboats for wonderful tours on the Spree and its widely branching tributaries, the romantic Fließen.
Canoe rentals right on the property!
Our vacation apartments are perfectly equipped for a relaxed start to your day—each one features a well-stocked kitchen.
However, you’re welcome to book the “All-Inclusive Breakfast Package”—in that case, a small but exquisite buffet awaits you, featuring fresh delicacies from our kitchen and high-quality ingredients from our region.
Two free parking spaces are available for each vacation rental, and you can leave your car there with confidence until the end of your vacation, as public transportation and various shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The charming little town center of Burg is just a short walk away and awaits you with a variety of shops and cozy cafés.
Make yourself comfortable on the patios in our beautiful garden, cool off on hot days right in the Spree River just outside our front door, or simply enjoy your time and the view from our charming apartments into the idyllic countryside of the Spreewald...
