About this apartment rental
If you are looking for a modern, well-equipped home located right by the sea and in walking distance to the beach & shops, then look no further. This lovely apartment, will provide a great base to discover the best places of Crete and at the same time, the ultimate relaxation you crave for! Its highest asset is the amazing sea & sunset views, the shared lawn garden with BBQ , playground, ping pong table and plenty sunloungers. To add the cherry on top, a shared 120sqm pool is a few meters away!
INTERIOR
A cozy 90sqm apartment, totally renovated on 2021. As you enter you first get to see on your right hand a well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare your favorite meals (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, glassware, blender, toaster, children's utensils, wine glasses etc.) while on your left hand there is a modern up-to-date spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a dining table and a satellite smart Tv (including Netflix). A space carefully decorated, based on earthly tones with a pop of colors.
Following the corridor, there are one full bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, while the other two consist 2 single beds each. All rooms (bedrooms & living room) are fully airconditioned and complimentary Wi-Fi coverage is accessible thorough the accommodation, inside and out.
Additionally, from the living room, you will have access to two private balconies overlooking the sea and featuring a comfortable exterior living room, as well as a dining table.
EXTERIOR
There is no wonder, why most of our visitors, choose to spend so much time, in the shared lawn garden in front of the property. Various children’s toys, as well as 3 bicycles (2 big & 1 small, only available upon prior request) and your own sunbeds or gazebo set the ideal ground to let it all go and enjoy some unique moments with your loved ones. Family gatherings & al fresco dining by the sea while the kids play safely next to you, will bring everyone closer and create the most amazing memories.
Guests have also access to the apartment complex' shared pool just a minute walk from the house, with dimensions: 20mX7m ,depth: 1.4 meters with a shallow 3X4 m compartment 0.4 meters deep, made especially for children, with pleasant surroundings, including sun beds, umbrellas an outdoor shower and BBQ facilities.

Panormo village is in walking distance from the apartment (about 10 min walking, 850m) There you will find penty of local taverns with tasty food, some small coffee shops/bars, pharmacy, and a few shops and mini markets to get the essential. Adittionaly, Panormo is frequently connected with public buses to Rethymno city (every 30 min during summer season), Heraklion city (every 1hour/45 min dependig on the season) so you can easily access various interesting places without the need to rent a car.
In case however you prefer to be more flexible, renting a car is highly advisable and we will be happy to help you on this matter!

We recently stayed for a week in this lovely, modern apartment, situated about 50 mtrs from the sea. Sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset with sound of the waves made for a superb location.
The apartment is on the edge of the unspoilt coastal town of Panormo where the only noise you will hear is the sound of the sea ( and the occasional jangle of goat bells !)
We found the apartment to be well equipped and made good use of the air con, dishwasher and washing machine. For our family of 4 there was ample inside space and outside there are 2 separate seating areas, a nice communal swimming pool and a great seafront garden.
The owner, Mrs Lily, lives in the apartment downstairs and was there to greet us on our arrival although we arrived rather late in the evening. She was a lovely host.
We spent most of our time at the beach ( 15 to 20 minutes walk ) Our favourite being the beach at the harbour, with safe swimming for the kids and overlooked by a number of tavernas where we has some fantastic seafood and could keep an eye on the children.
The town itself has a multitude of restaurants and a number of small supermarkets.
All in all, our family had a lovely week here and we were all sorry to leave.

Other properties we have stayed in generally provide an information folder including use of appliances, a do's and don'ts list for the property as well as useful information about the surrounding area. This would be a useful addition here.

We stayed 8 nights in Lili's apartment with our three sons aged 17, 15 and 11.
This apartment ticked so many boxes...
Stunning views, access to pool, walk to beach/ snorkelling, walk to town, wifi, air conditioning, parking, table tennis.
Lili greeted us and kindly said she would leave us to it, but was there if we needed her, which was perfect. The box of goodies were greatly appreciated as well.
The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, wifi was good. The only fault I can find is the dishwasher didn't work properly so we had to was the dishes, it wasn't a big deal.
The little harbour town is lovely and once I cycled down to the bakers for pastries.
We did hire a car and toured about a bit but the boys were happy to stay put.
The booking process was easy and Valia replied to any questions efficiently. I would gladly book again.

We just spent a really nice vacation in Mrs Lili’s apartment with our three kids. The apartment, which is on the very edge of a larger complex of apartments, was spacious, well-equipped and very clean. There is a nice terrace where you can have your meals with a gorgeous view over the ocean.
It was really great to have the garden for the kids to play in. There were some garden toys provided to keep the kids busy.
Location is pretty great. The town is a 15-minute walk away and has a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Various sights are just a quick drive away.
When walking towards the town along the seaside, there is a small pebble stone beach down some steps just three minutes away. We went here with the kids for a couple of times. There are more beaches a little but further.
Mrs Lili welcomed us with a nice food basket and was very attentive during the whole of our stay. She lives right next door and is always there to help out. Thank you for making for our vacation such a nice one!
