About this villa rental
Avra is a modern and a new built 115 sq. m. villa, recently renovated ,located in Panorama Seafront Homes II apartments’ complex. A small complex of homes, set only a few metres from the sea. Panormos village (400meters away) is in walking distance where you can find all you may need during your holiday like mini markets, bakery, restaurants and sandy beaches of course! The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) two full bathrooms with shower cabin and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area (with 2 sofas which one of them can be transformed into double bed) and two armchairs, offering access to a great private balcony with lawn garden, trees and herbs and a shaded dining area overlooking at the sea. Additionally, the apartment complex has 3 shared but spacious swimming pools of about 700sqm in total and depth from 1.40 to 1.60 m , with a shallow compartment of 0.5-0.6, made especially for children, with pleasant surroundings, including sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

We had a wonderful stay in a superb villa that had everything we could want.
The village within walking distance had a range of restaurants all serving great fish dishes.
The people were friendly and helpful and although we didn’t get to meet the host due to arrival time he was available by phone if needed.
I would definitely recommend this villa for a visit

We were very pleased with our villa. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Panormos is a lovely village. We enjoyed the dining and particularly liked our morning coffee at the cafe. Extremely friendly!

Villa is quiet but just a five to ten minute walk to the local village with plenty of places to eat. There is a property being built across the road to the side of the villa but it really didn’t cause an issue.
