About this house rental
You could not ask for a more central location in perhaps the most walkable neighborhood in San Diego. Great for families who want to take advantage of the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, etc... as well as couples who may want to be close to downtown San Diego, Little Italy, the Harbor... Right in the heart of Mission Hills, one of San Diego's most desirable communities, just blocks from many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Person booking the home must be at least 25 years old.
The kitchen/dining/living area is the perfect area to enjoy each other's company before retiring to one of the four well appointed bedrooms, but the most desirable part of the house may be the expansive outdoor deck. A private setting with a curtain of eucalyptus trees which may make you forget you are in an urban neighborhood. Enjoy drinks around the fire pit before you move to the patio table for your meal.

Mission Hills is a neighborhood in San Diego located on the hills overlooking Old Town and the San Diego Bay, just north of Downtown, west of Hillcrest and south of the San Diego River valley. It is one of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. It is one of the most architecturally impressive neighborhoods with many of the houses from the early 1900s, which have been carefully preserved and restored. Modern homes were built as infill along canyon rims in the 1950s and 1960s. Mission Hills is highly sought after with its stately homes, quaint Craftsman bungalows and large mansions pristinely manicured on quiet streets. The business district is home to a variety of restaurants, shops, and pubs.
Getting around San Diego could not be easier. In addition to the restaurants, bars, and shops you can walk to, you will find a bus line two blocks away, the Washington St Trolley stop at the bottom of the hill, as well as quick and economical access to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, The San Diego Convention Center, Little Italy and The Gaslamp Quarter his ride share apps such as Uber and Lyft.

Three friends and I stayed 5 nights and were very happy with everything. The house is in a great location, with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. It’s also quite easy to get downtown, Little Italy, Old Town and the harbor area. The house is clean, nicely furnished, with lots of natural light. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. The 3 bathrooms are also modern and include some amenities. The owners really thought of everything we’d need. We enjoyed our breakfasts out on the deck. Most impressive was the communication! There were almost instant, helpful responses. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location! Lots of space inside. Wonderful to have easy and safe parking in the driveway. The beds are comfortable and all of the bathrooms are very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
