About this house rental
Situated on the hill above San Diego Harbor, our newly renovated, newly furnished, single story, three bedroom house is perfectly located while also providing a peaceful setting. With Little Italy, Old Town, and Downtown all at your doorstep, you`ll be minutes from everywhere you`ll want to go while in San Diego with endless options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The property also offers a brand new hot tub and three large private outdoor spaces featuring two patio decks and a lawn area setup with games.
The house features three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. The couch in the living room converts to a queen bed. Two full baths with one walk in shower and the other a bath/shower combo. Stainless steel appliances, laminate wood flooring, center island in beautiful entertaining kitchen, massive upper and lower decks off the kitchen for the quintessential outdoor living SoCal experience, plus a huge yard below that. In unit washer and dryer, central heating and AC, and fast wifi internet.

Ideal for year-round use, it’s the ultimate place to recharge and make the most of your stay!
You will have private access to the entire space. There is a one bedroom off of the lower outdoor patio that is gated off.
Located in Mission Hills, one of San Diego`s most desirable neighborhoods. Founded at the turn of the last century as one of San Diego`s first suburbs, today Mission Hills retains the charms of small-town living just minutes from all that the city has to offer. With its ease of access, Mission Hills residents can spend less time commuting and more time enjoying all that Uptown living has to offer.
Most attractions are within 2-3 miles. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping is within a mile or less so walking would be my 1st choice of transportation.
Shared car services are very easy to get for anything further away.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
- Absolutely no smoking, no pets, and absolutely no parties, 100% forfeiture of deposit, and immediate removal from the property if guests break any of these rules.

We loved the convenience of this home, and the amenities Alan had available for us. It was all close to where we wanted to hang out; Balboa Park, Little Italy, etc...All of the bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and living room were wonderful. I would recommend.

Me and my family needed a quick getaway from the Vegas heat and this house was perfect. The house was clean and in a great location to everything, the airport, the beach, and all the other attractions. I have to say, my favorite thing was the view from the deck in the evening and in the morning. We would love to stay here again.

Water handle in the shower installed improperly. I scalded my hand when I went to check the water temp thinking it was on the colder setting. Told the property manager about it and he said “sorry”. Old pizza in the microwave. No parking on the street even though I was told there was “always parking available” in front of the house. Mattresses were all very firm and uncomfortable Didn’t know there was another tenant living under the house. Listing said we had the whole house to ourselves, so we were worried about making noise. Neighbors had barking dogs. Construction being done on the street in front of the house. Drawer face on one of the bathroom drawers came off and dropped on my sisters foot causing an abrasion. House was nicely renovated, but there were a few things that weren’t disclosed with the property. I probably would have chosen a different house had I known.
