The upstairs bedroom features a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There's a queen bed and a 55" smart TV.
*DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM AND BATH*
The very large lower primary bedroom includes a full bathroom en-suite with walking in shower and separate soaking tub. Uniquely designed with a reclaimed white wood accent wall and boho-chic hanging sconces. The en-suite bathroom boasts a beautiful tub and massive open shower. Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap included! There's also a large walk in closet to stash all your items. There's also a 65" Smart TV. The ultimate wfh set up with a powered sit/stand desk, 34" monitor mounted on a spring loaded arm for perfect ergonomics and Bose speakers round out this perfect set up.
The 2nd bedroom is another large bedroom with a king bed and tons of closet space and dressers for clothes. The large windows look out to the bay and beautiful cliff side. There's a 55" Smart TV.
The 3rd bedroom is a quaint boho-chic decorated room with a queen bed, a closet and a night stand. There's a window out with bay/canyon views and a mounted 50" smart TV.
*PATIO*
Relax on the large patio and enjoy the large gas fire pit while you're charmed with the surrounding string lights. Swing over the the side deck to grill while overlooking the canyon.
Laundry is available in the garage.

We liked the EV plug. Beds were comfortable. Matthew was quick to respond when we had questions. The kitchen was well equipped. We liked the Google nest system. Great place to visit.

Matthew the host is really quite modest in his description. The property itself is bling. In its entirety. Breathtaking seems not descriptive enough. Its approximation to everything is literally ground zero. It’s like it was built first and then everything else in the city was built around it. If I had negatives that was forced to list I would say the can opener was not electric. True but does they really count. Perhaps more towels could have been available but after all it was 4 guys so we just did a load of wash. But water pressure was amazing. Always had enough hot water even with 4 of us. Quiet and quaint neighborhood. Ridiculously easy access. Immediate response from the host- every time. Amazing appliances and kitchen Most comfortable beds ever. Seriously. Ever. In summary Roger Waters sang it best “I have become comfortably numb “. There is a 100% chance we will want this property when we come for the conference this time next year. Matthew my bro- keep the light on for us. You sir are literally the very best that VRBO has to offer.

This house was perfect for our girls' trip - five women, including three who are pretty bougie and not always the easiest to impress - and we all loved it. The house is gorgeous with beautiful views, and while it felt cozy and inviting, there was plenty of space when someone wanted a little extra quite time. I'm a details person, and I could tell the owner is too. Everything was thoughtfully done - from makeup towels to a steamer for clothes, computer monitors if you need to get some work done, and even bath goodies for the big soaking tub (which one of us enjoyed!). The kitchen had top-of-the-line appliances for those who love to cook, towels were big and soft (not those over-bleached scratchy ones), and the beds - SO COMFY! We all kept saying how great we slept. The couch was perfect for lounging, too. Matthew was amazing - super responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I had a little trouble finding some info on my app but he got back to me right away. The location is also on point. It's tucked up a hill in a peaceful area, but just down the street, you've got restaurants, bars, and lounges. We hit up a bunch and had the best time! If we had one minor complaint, it would be the one-ply toilet paper - but honestly, in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal at all. Everything else was top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling with a group and want to stay somewhere beautiful, comfortable, and close to some fun.
