About this apartment rental
This place can only be a love at first sight ! It is super bright and cosy, with windows of 5M high ! It is nested within a porch (complete silence from the street and utmost security) near to Porta Romana and the Boboli gardens, thus close to the very center of the city but away from the crowd and the noise. Everything is at hand, small shops, bars, restaurant and local transports. It is out of the ZTL zone thus more convenient to park your car.
The apartment is on the first floor (no lift), armoured door.
Ground floor : huge open living space (entrance, living room, dining space and kitchen(fully equipped), big windows all around, hugeTV screen (Netflix, You tube etc), electric fire place, special mention for the lighting (niches and beams), air conditioning, a big room with king bed, a bathroom with double sink, led mirror, Italian shower & toilet, utility room (washing machine, iron, freezer), spiral stairs to go to the upper floor.
Upper floor : one big room with a double bed, clawfoot bathtub, small sink & toilet, one single bed.
NB : there is no access to the office for the moment as the stairs are in construction, air conditioning., roof window.
