Semi-detached house adjoining a barn and located near the owner's residence. Ground floor: Entrance (washing machine). Bedroom (queen-size bed, wardrobe). Shower room with WC (sink, walk-in shower, towel warmer). First floor: Living room comprising a lounge area (sofa bed, smart TV, fiber optic internet, board games and books) and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, extractor hood, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). Outside: Parking space for one vehicle in a shared courtyard secured by an electric gate. The cottage has its own private enclosed courtyard. Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Barbecue. Covered bicycle storage. Electric heating is extra. Bed linen and towels are provided (beds made upon arrival). Optional cleaning service. Baby equipment available on request. One pet allowed.
