Welcome to Summer Fun by the Sea! Your ultimate waterfront paradise with a huge screened in porch to enjoy in any weather as well as a 100 foot private boat slip right in the backyard! Whether you’re a boater or a beach bumb, we offer it all with just a short drive to Long Beach island and 7 complimentary beach tags. With a 5 minute boat ride to the Manahawkin Bay you will be at the sandbar in no time, or tour the lagoons with one of our 3 kayaks. After a fun filled day you can unwind by having a soak in the hot tub!
Complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths including an outdoor shower, we have everything you need for an awesome family vacation including fully stocked kitchen, bed linens and bath towels! All you need to bring are your beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas.

We stayed here for a dance competition. It was a perfect property for another family and us. There were three full baths which made it very nice when the girls were getting ready for dance. Plenty of space. We loved the hot tub and activities on the screened-in porch. It was fun to sit around the fire pit, although you’ll need to buy firewood if you want to light it. The dinner table was nice and big and a great space to play games. The bedrooms do not have TVs. The couch has been updated to an “L” couch, and there’s a big TV in the common space. The community was beautiful.

An amazing spot on the bay to stay for our family wedding off island. Incredible views and very spacious for our family. Loved the layout!
