It’s all about the views—and we have them! Bayside Bliss is a spacious 4BR/3BA waterfront retreat just 4 miles from LBI’s beaches. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, cocktails on the dock, and starry nights by the firepit. Immaculate and fully stocked with kayaks, paddleboards, crab traps, and 8 beach badges. Pet-friendly with a fenced yard and bay views from every room. Guests call it “better than a 5-star hotel” and “absolutely blissful.”
Welcome to our 2,700+ sq. ft., 69’ waterfront, pet-friendly retreat, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, adventure, and family fun — this home blends luxury touches with the comfort of home.
Bedrooms (4 Total — Sheets, Blankets & Pillows Included)
* Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): King bed with memory foam mattress, large closet, 55” Samsung Smart TV, and gorgeous bay views.
* Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Two twin beds with memory foam mattresses and a 43” Samsung Smart TV.
* Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): King bed with memory foam mattress, large closet, 55” Samsung Smart TV, and private en-suite full bath.
* Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Bunk bed (Queen + Twin) with memory foam mattresses and a 43” Samsung Smart TV.
Bathrooms (3 Full — Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash Included)
* 1st Floor: Full bath with tub.
* 2nd Floor: Two full baths with tubs, including one en-suite to Bedroom 3.

* Upstairs Family Room: Stunning bay views from a large sectional and two swivel/glider chairs, 55” Smart TV with YouTube TV, plus a selection of board games and puzzles.
* Downstairs Family Room: Another spacious seating area with panoramic bay views, a large sectional, and a 65” Smart TV — perfect for movie nights. Includes a dedicated workstation with a multi-screen docking station for guests working remotely.

A fully equipped, modern kitchen with new appliances, including a microwave, gas stove/oven with air fryer, refrigerator with ice maker, Nespresso & Keurig machine, toaster, blender and food processor. Extras include crab pots, spices and cooking oils.

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs (18 months or older) are welcome. No cats permitted. Please provide age, breed, and sex when booking for host approval. A $200 flat pet fee applies.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets — pet cleaning supplies, pooper scooper, and waste bags are provided under the kitchen sink.

House is absolutely amazing, with everything you could possibly need. Better than 5 star hotel accommodations. From the complete cleanliness to the totally stocked kitchen all the way outside to the stunning views and sunsets. Suzanne kept in touch before and during our stay and made us feel like vip guests. Bringing our dogs was an added bonus and the fenced in property was key. This house truly is a Bayside Bliss

The sunsets were AMAZING!! What a view!! The house had everything you could need and more!! Loved the neighborhood and not far from Long Beach Island. The house is gorgeous inside and out, clean inside and out!! Everything is in perfect order, the kitchen, the garage, all the extras like crab traps, paddle board, kayaks, life vests, beach chairs- just pack your bathing suits and Pj’s and get to Bayside Bliss!! Morning coffee on the upper or lower deck overlooking the water and marsh lands is spectacular!! The owner was wonderful, excellent communication. We will be back!!

The property was immaculate. Right on the bay with room for a boat. Endless views with a wetlands sanctuary in back. Great for bird watchers. On a clear day you can see Atlantic City. The host is incredible. She thought of everything including leaving us a special momento to celebrate the occasion for our visit. We would absolutely highly recommend this property and hostess.
