Seaside Sanctuary ~ Beach ~ LBI ~ Views ~ Fire Pit

The property was easy to access, looked just like the pictures, was spacious to house all of our guests for my daughter's 21st birthday.There was a major problem with the AC, but was in contact with the host David he answered immediately got a HVAC guy on site the following morning on a holiday weekend. Although it was hot for two days, it was rectified. Wasn't the owner's fault things happen and I appreciated his constant communication. The owner gave back a day rental fee, which was very nice.I would recommend this rental as it is everything it's shown to be.

The home was perfect for our weekend trip for a family wedding. There was plenty of space inside for us (6 adults). One of the couples slept in the enclosed area with the privacy wall, so they did not have a door which they were ok with. Everyone really enjoyed the roof top at night which gives you a view of the LBI bridge and LBI island. The location of the home was perfect for us to attend a wedding at the Mallard Island Yacht Club which was walking distance. The only thing I would add to the listing which were not aware of was the tidal pattern. High tide came up past the house so we parked our cars down the street at night and were gone mid-day so it was not a problem then. Overall we all really enjoyed our stay and LBI was still very accessible despite not being directly on island.

Large, clean house that was able to accommodate our family of 6. Close to restaurants and the bridge to LBI. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would recommend to others!

Great house for a large group! Very clean and good amenities. The fire pit was so nice to have and loved having the beach passes. The host was extremely helpful while planning the trip and while staying at the house. Quick responses to messages, good recommendations for food and beach parking and very clear and easy instructions for checkout.
