About this apartment rental
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Charming beachfront 1 bed 1 bath apartment at Marbella del Caribe, the best and most popular building of Isla Verde Beach (best urban beach in the world according to USA Today). In the best location of Isla Verde, within easy walking distance to endless options for dining and nightlife. 5 minutes from SJU Airport ($9 Uber) & 15 minutes from Old San Juan ($0.75 public bus) . It has one assigned parking. Building has 24/7 security, tennis, basket and a beachfront pool.

Apartment has a key-less entry. We provide a code which will allow you to open the door. Building has security cameras in common areas. There are no cameras inside the condo.
All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

We had a great time , the condo was nice , beautiful view, shower water wasn’t too hot but dealable. Beatrice was very sweet and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely recommend and go back

We had a great time from day 1. Everything went as planned. No surprises is always good. Our place was cleaned, spacious and with a spectacular view. Thanks Beatrice for your constant communication and very helpful updates!!!
