About this apartment rental
This beachfront apartment is bright and airy with an ambience of simple elegance. There are 2 bedrooms (including the master suite), 2 bathrooms, eye-catching beach and ocean views from every room, and a balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the Isla Verde beach. The apartment dining and living room areas are open to the balcony. A refreshing sea breeze flows through the apartment when the balcony doors are open.

Master bedroom: one king-sized bed for 2 guests.
Second bedroom: one queen-sized bed for 2 guests.

All rooms have full-size closets with a desk area in the master suite.
Each room has ceiling fans and air conditioning units.
Flat-screen cable televisions are located in the master suite and living room.
There is free WiFi internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry.
Kitchen items include a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware.
A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads.
For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.
Starter Kit: We provide a "welcome set" of essentials to get your vacation started comfortably (1 bodywash, 1 shampoo, 2 paper towels -per bathroom, paper towel, dish soap, sponge, 2 garbage bags and small amount of laundry detergent). The property is equipped with freshly laundered linens and towels. We offer 1 bath towel per guest (no wash towels, no handtowels), 1 beach towel per guest. NO BEACH CHAIRS, NO COOLER, NO UMBRELLA. You can rent them as needed in the beach entrance.
Before arrival, please provide the name of the guests, copy of their IDs and ETA. You will receive check-in instructions the same day of your arrival at 3:30pm. Welcome to your vacation home!

We loved our stay at Marbella West in late March! It was very clean, the decor was cute and modern, and the space is updated and functional. We had family in other units in Marbella West and ours was by far the best! The unit has a pantry and a washer & dryer, and a new patio door, which many other rooms don't have, views from every room, we never ran out of hot water, there was a simple coffee maker (with some coffee & sugar) although I think they also had a french press, a toaster, microwave, a decent selection of cookware (bakeware, pots & pans, baking utensils, tableware), seasonings & cleaners, soaps & shampoos, extra linens, blankets, & pillows, sunscreen, bug spray, & aloe, some sand toys, 2 low beach chairs, and enough space for our family of 5- 2 adults, a 6 & 3-year-old, and baby. The complex is well taken care of with lots of security, a pool with a shallow & deep section, playground structures, basketball courts, picnic tables, grills, and a gazebo. We had no issues with noise from the street, and it was a short walk to the beach, beach restaurants, & restaurants/shops/gas stations along the main road. The only downsides were no oven, the door handle latch gets stuck, the window shade pulls tend to detach when opening, and the refrigerator was rattling (I messaged Anny the second day) but it stopped working a few days later. We tried to contact the emergency number as it was a Sunday, but they did

The view was incredible! Everything was clean- the apartment, the grounds, and the beach itself. I’ve been coming to this beach for 40 years- this may have been the nicest I’ve seen it all. Most of all, it was just as beautiful as I remember. The staff of Marbella del Caribe was also wonderful, and the guards were very helpful.The apartment itself was lovely, truly nice accommodations, and very spacious. It was nicely laid out, renovated, and furnished. The beds were comfortable too! There was a funky smell that lingered in the doorway/dining room area of the apartment, probably from a previous guest, but that was the only area. Rooms were fantastic, and the A/C units in them cooled things quickly! I was surprised some of the provided resources weren’t as nice as the apartment itself. Example: all but one of the towels were very flimsy and poor quality- it was like drying ourselves with rags. They were literally stained and falling apart with tears and holes. And they did warn us they don’t have hand towels or wash clothes, but considering how nice and beautiful this apartment was, that should have been included. A kitchen towel would also be nice. Good thing is, Walgreens and two supermarkets are down the street, so you can get the extras you need.All communication before our stay was great- very responsive! These folks are delightful and willing to help! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would stay here again.

This could be 5 stars with easy changesPros: Beautiful view. Nice space. Great location.Cons: please clean!!!Really dirty! Hairs, pubic hairs, sand. In the beds , towels, and walls. Everywhere.Bed. Horrible! Shaped like an upside down “V”. The initial set up kit is minimal at best.Nothing worked as it should, and everything was out of batteries from the gate remote, air-conditioning remotes, the front door barely opened. Really easy stuff to fix. Please do
