The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A fresh and cozy living room with a Smart TV and sofa bed, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area.

MAIN LIVING AREA
Put your feet up and unwind in the open and super comfortable living room. Relax on the sofa, watching your favorite Netflix series. Find your own quiet space (and place).
BEDROOMS:
1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, Smart TV 55 inch, access to a full private bathroom and private access to the pool.
2. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, Smart TV 50 inch, access to a full shared bathroom.
3. Bedroom with A BUNK BED w/ TWO TWIN AND FULL SIZE BEDS, Smart TV 50 inch, access to a full shared bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a FULL SIZE BED, Smart TV 50 inch, and access to a shared bathroom.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, and towels are included.
KITCHEN:
Enjoy a spacious & fully equipped with a dining table for 6, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine & coffee, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cooking pans, utensils provided. Paper towels, dish soap, sponge are provided.
MORE:
Access to free parking.
Access to Washer and Dryer.
The pool gets serviced once a week on Thursday between 10am to 12pm. The maintenance crew will go through side door to avoid any inconvenience.
Debris build up is expected in between service. The yard is serviced on Thursday or Friday every week; leaves fall in between and can be expected.

"Is there parking for multiple cars?"
Yes, our driveway can accommodate 4-6 vehicles. The roads are paved and any type of vehicle can easily get to the property.
"Is the home gated?"
No, the property is not gated. It's located on a quiet street with very little through-traffic, only a neighbor or two now and then.
"What kind of levels does the house have?"
The entire house is on the first ground level and easily accessible, you can park less than 20 feet from the front door, and all bedrooms are on the ground floor.
"Do you have a pet fee? Any restrictions?"
Yes, we require a pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking.
We have no weight or breed restrictions. Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to 2 dogs during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way. Dogs must be crated when you're not home or if they're unsupervised.
"What kind of grill do you have?"
We have a propane grill that you're welcome to use, and we provide the propane. All propane gas is provided when you arrive at no cost.
“What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”
Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)
“Do you offer payment plans?”
By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the unlikely event that one is available, you will see the option when booking.
"Do you offer discounts?"
You will get an automatic 10% discount if you book at least 7 nights and 20% discount for monthly stays.
"How private is the outdoor area, pool & hot tub?"
It’s quite private, well fenced, a world away from everything. Simply relax and indulge yourself in the beauty of the moment.

The house was in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. It had a good layout and a beautiful backyard with a big pool that we used every day. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Very clean, both inside and outside. The outdoor area is amazing! The owner communicated with us in a timely manner and was very friendly. The location was in a quiet neighborhood area. We will be a repeat customer!

We came to Sunrise for a hockey game and stayed a few days over Thanksgiving. The best thing about this house is the amazing backyard! Beautiful pool and hot tub, gas grill, outdoor speakers and places to lounge around to read your book and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. The hostess was wonderful with communication. Easy check in and check out and nice neighborhood location. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!
