A couple of the front desk people when we checked in were very rude about us requesting extra water for my son who has a transplant and has to drink 2 1/2 L of water a day and we arrived in the middle of the night. The next day, the gentleman was so much nicer and he in fact made sure that we had what we needed thank you!!!
