Spend your days enjoying the sun and the sand at Bethany Beach (five-and-a-half miles) or Fenwick Island (10 miles), or indulge yourself in the local eateries and shopping hubs, all located mere minutes away.
A bright open floor plan on the first level provides the perfect space to gather, play board games, or stream your favorite show on the large TV. The full kitchen has ample gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Serve up your creations at the adjacent dining table, or dine al fresco on the private patio, complete with a gas grill.

The townhouse was spacious, clean, quiet and nicely decorated. My family enjoyed the space and the multiple full bathrooms. The location was about 10 minutes away from Bethany beach, which was great.
I am quite disappointed in the rental management company, Vacasa. The pool fob was missing and this was reported to the main office and we never heard back from the manager and my children never got the chance to go swimming at the pool.

We love Bethany Beach and were thrilled to find this gem of a place. We loved our stay here. The townhome is in a new-build community. It is a quick drive to the beach and provided a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet, wonderfully walkable, and our kids were welcome there. Lots of friendly neighbors.
We loved the space. The home is new, spotless, and beautifully furnished. Lots of room for a big group to spread out. Good variety of sleeping spaces (and all the beds were very comfortable). My kids loved the bunk and trundle beds! Ample bathrooms and the water was always warm even when we all showered at once!
The owners were easy to communicate with and were very helpful. We had a great stay and would happily return again.

We stayed at Friendship Creek for a week this summer. The home is absolutely gorgeous. It is brand new, beautifully decorated, and is very clean and comfortable. With three bedrooms, plus a loft, the home has plenty of space for a family vacation. We found all of the bedrooms to be spacious and quiet. The mattresses were very comfortable. The drive to the beach was easy and quick. We appreciated the quiet of the community (and it's pool) vs being in the crowded beach area. Highly recommend this home!

This house was the perfect place to stay. It was center ally located to Fenwick island, Bethany beach and Ocean City. The house is very clean with cute beach decor and had more than enough space for everything. I will definitely be coming back again next year!
